Wet a clean towel or cloth with some warm water and then soak in some rubbing alcohol, making sure the alcohol is 60 percent or higher. Now place the towel or cloth over the acrylic paint and leave it for about 30 minutes. If the part of the canvas you want to clean is in the middle of your art piece, it may be difficult not to affect your entire painting.
