Everyday Moments with Bluey
Two Bluey Pups with Balloon
A smaller and a taller cartoon pup stand side by side, and the taller one holds up a single balloon by its curly string. Both have big round eyes, black noses, pointed ears and striped tails. The clean, bold outlines and large open shapes, like the belly patches and the balloon, make this an easy sheet.
Two Bluey Pups Hugging a Teddy Bear
Two cartoon pups sit close together, one taller and one smaller, and both hug a round-eared teddy bear held between them. The bear has a smiling face, a small nose and two paws, and the pups’ tails stick out at the sides. The fine lines on the paws and the bear’s face need a careful hand, while the big belly patches are easy to fill.
Pup Jumping in a Puddle in Rain Boots
A cartoon pup in rain boots leaps over a splashing puddle with arms flung out, while a taller pup stands calmly beside it, looking on. Water droplets fly up from the puddle, and both pups have large belly patches. The puddle and splashes have thin, pointed shapes that need a steady hand, but the big belly patches are easy to fill.
Pup Holding an Ice Cream Cone
A single cartoon pup stands facing forward and holds a one-scoop ice cream cone out to the left. The cone has a waffle grid pattern, and the pup has tall pointed ears, a big belly patch, a striped tail and a smiling open mouth. The waffle grid is the finest detail here; the rest is big, open shapes.
Pup Watching a Butterfly on a Flower
A seated cartoon pup with tall pointed ears and big round eyes smiles at a butterfly resting on a daisy-like flower with five petals and two leaves. The butterfly’s wings carry swirls and dots, so they need a fine tip, while the pup’s large body patches are easy to fill.
Sleeping Pup Curled on a Cushion
A cartoon pup sleeps curled up on an oval cushion, with closed eyes, two pointed ears and its head resting on its front paws. A large patch marks the back, and a few short fur lines run along the cushion’s top edge. The big body shapes are easy to fill, while the toe lines on the paws are the finest detail.
Pup Rolling a Striped Beach Ball
Beside a large beach ball with curved panel lines, a cartoon pup with tall pointed ears and big round eyes grips the ball with one paw as it rolls. The tail sticks out to the left, and a belly patch and a paw with toe lines are drawn in. The thick outlines and wide-open shapes make this a bold, easy sheet.
Standing Pup Wearing a Pointed Crown
A cartoon pup stands facing forward with both paws on its hips and a tall three-point crown on its head. It has big round eyes, a smile, a rounded belly patch and a long tail with a wavy tip. The crown and belly patch are large, open shapes, while the wavy lines on the tail and the cheek fur marks need a careful hand.
Two Pups Studying a Leaf with a Magnifying Glass
A small cartoon pup sits on the ground and peers through a round magnifying glass, while a taller pup stands beside it with one paw raised to its chest. A large veined leaf lies on the ground in front of them. The leaf’s long vein lines are the finest detail, and the big round lens is a bold shape to outline.
Two Pups Stacking Building Blocks
A seated pup reaches out with one paw to place the top cube on a stack of three blocks, while a taller pup stands beside the tower and watches. The standing pup has a large rounded belly patch, and the sitting one shows its curled tail and toe lines on both feet. The cubes are plain, open shapes that work well for solid color.
Little Games and Surprises
Two Pups Sharing a Peeled Banana
Two standing cartoon pups face each other with a half-peeled banana held between them. The smaller pup on the left smiles with a fluffy tail curling behind it, while the taller one on the right has its mouth open as if talking. The banana’s curled peel strips are the finest detail here, and the large belly patches are plain open areas.
Two Pups Under an Umbrella in the Rain
Rain falls from above as the taller pup on the left holds up a big umbrella with scalloped edges and small round tips, while the smaller pup stands beside it, out from under the cover. Five raindrops fall around them. The umbrella’s panels are large and open, so they suit solid color well.
Pup Reading a Star Book
A smiling cartoon pup sits cross-legged and holds an open picture book with both paws. A large star decorates the right page of the book. The pup has tall pointed ears, big oval eyes and a bushy tail curling out at the side. The book’s pages and the star are big, open shapes that suit bold, solid color.
Two Pups Blowing Bubbles with a Wand
Two cartoon pups stand side by side, the one on the left holding a bubble wand with three round bubbles of different sizes floating up and to the left. Each bubble has a small curved highlight, and both pups have big round eyes and rectangular belly patches. The three bubbles are plain, open circles that suit smooth, even color.
Two Pups Sharing a Wrapped Gift
A small pup on the left and a taller pup on the right hold a square gift box between them, both smiling. The box has two vertical ribbon bands and a big looped bow on top, and each pup has a striped tail curling out behind. The bow loops and ribbon stripes are narrow, so a thick marker may spill over the lines.
Two Pups Watching a Paper Boat in a Puddle
A small sitting pup and a taller standing pup look down at a folded paper boat floating in a wide puddle. Ripple rings circle the boat’s hull, and both pups have big round eyes and a rectangular belly patch. The puddle and boat are large, simple shapes, while the pups’ fluffy tail tips and ear lines need a finer pencil.
Pup Playing a Snare Drum
A smiling pup sits behind a large snare drum and holds a drumstick in each paw, with a striped tail curling out to the right. The drum has two rows of small round rivets and vertical tension straps around its sides. The big, open drum body leaves plenty of room for bold color, while the pup’s ear lines and paw details need a sharper pencil.
Pup with Daisy Flower Crown
A front-facing standing pup wears a ring of five daisies with round centers across its head, between two tall pointed ears. It has big round eyes, a wide smile, a rounded belly patch and arms hanging at its sides. The daisy petals are small, so the crown is the part that needs a fine tip.
Dancing Pup on One Leg
A cartoon pup balances on one leg in a dance step, with one paw raised high and the other arm stretched out to the side. It has two tall pointed ears, big round eyes, an open smile, an oval belly patch and a thin ground line underneath. The shapes are large and open, so wide markers work well on the body.
Sitting Pup Holding a Scallop Shell
A sitting pup lifts one paw to show a fan-shaped scallop shell with six ribs and a scalloped edge. It has tall pointed ears, wide round eyes and a long snout, and its striped tail lies on the ground to the left. The seashell takes two or three shades of one color well, going from light to dark.
Pretend and Backyard Play
Two Pups Riding a Seesaw
Two cartoon pups sit at opposite ends of a tilted seesaw, face to face, each gripping a handle bar with both paws. The board rests on a rounded triangular stand with a small circle in the middle, and each pup’s tail curls out past the end of the board. The large stand and board are simple, open shapes, while the faces and ears have finer lines.
Three Pups Flying a Diamond Kite
Three cartoon pups stand in a row, a tall one on the right holding a string spool while a diamond kite floats at the top left beside a small outlined cloud. The two smaller pups look up, and all three have big round eyes, oval belly patches and tall pointed ears. The spool’s tightly wound string lines are fine detail, but the kite and cloud are large, open shapes.
Pup Watering a Potted Flower
A small pup tips a watering can over a flowerpot while a taller pup stands on the right and watches, smiling. The daisy-like flower has eight rounded petals, a dotted center and two leaves, and the stream of water falls into the pot. The flower and pot are big, simple shapes, while the faces and the dotted flower center have finer lines.
Helmeted Pup on a Kick Scooter with Two Pups
On the left, a pup in a vented helmet with a chin strap rides a kick scooter, both paws on the handlebar. A tiny pup stands in the middle and a tall pup with a smooth rectangular belly patch stands on the right. The helmet’s curved vent slots and the scooter’s spokes and wheels are the finest lines on the sheet.
Pups with Soccer Ball and Goal
A tall pup and a smaller pup stand side by side on grass, with a soccer ball at the taller one’s foot and a small net goal on the right. The ball has a pentagon pattern, and the goal’s net is a grid of squares. The net’s thin crosshatch lines are the finest detail, while the pups are big, open shapes.
Pup Seated on a Cushion with Teapot Tray
A pup with large round eyes and tall pointed ears sits on a thick floor cushion, paws resting on its knees, and looks toward a round tray on the right. The tray holds a lidded teapot with a curved handle and two teacups on saucers. The teapot and cups are the finest lines here, while the pup’s tall body is one big open shape.
Pup Doctor Checking a Teddy Bear
A pup with a stethoscope around its neck presses the chest piece to a sitting teddy bear’s tummy while a second pup watches from the right. The bear has round ears and a swirl on its belly, and both pups have striped tails. The thick outlines make big, open shapes that suit younger colorers.
Pup Shopping for Apples at a Market Stand
A smaller pup holds a woven basket and smiles up at a taller pup standing behind a wooden counter. Three apples with leafy stems sit along the counter’s top edge, and the basket has a grid of crisscrossing lines. The basket weave is the one fiddly spot, while the counter front is a large blank panel.
Pup Peeking Around a Bush
A pup with two tall pointed ears and wide eyes stands beside a big scalloped bush, one paw gripping its edge as if about to peek around it. The tail on the left has a jagged white tip. The bush is a single large cloud-like shape with a few small curls inside, so it works well for broad strokes of green.
Two Pups in a Bubble Bath with Rubber Duck
Two pups share a clawfoot tub filled with round soap bubbles. The smaller one sits with both paws on the rim of the foam, and the taller one stands beside a small rubber duck, its striped tail hanging over the tub’s edge. The tub’s wide, plain sides are big areas that suit a single bold color.
Family Adventures
Pup Pushing a Toy Stroller with Teddy
A tall pup walks to the right and pushes a stroller with two small wheels. A teddy bear sits in the stroller, and a smaller pup stands behind it. A third small pup sits on the left with a ringed tail, and a little bush stands in the background. The big pup’s body and the bush are wide, open areas.
Pups Mixing Pancake Batter at a Table
A small pup stands on a wooden stool and stirs batter in a big round bowl with a spoon, while a taller pup holds two stacked plates and smiles down at it. A round table with three legs sits between them. The wide bowl and table top are open areas that suit one bold color each.
Two Pups Camping by a Tepee Tent
Under a crescent moon, a small pup sits on the left and a tall pup stands on the right, both smiling at a little tepee tent with crossed poles. A lantern with a wire handle sits in front of the tent. The tall pup’s belly patch and the moon are large open areas that take one flat color well.
Three Pups on a Fruit Picnic Blanket
Three pups gather on a big picnic blanket around a lidded wicker basket with an upright handle. A plate in front holds an apple with a leaf stem and a banana. The two small pups sit with ringed tails, and the tall one stands behind. The blanket is one huge open area, easy for a beginner.
Two Pups with a Basket of Autumn Leaves
A small pup leans over a round woven basket heaped with veined leaves, while a tall pup stands beside it with a ringed tail. Three more leaves lie on the ground in front. The basket’s grid pattern is fine work, but the pups’ big bodies are open areas.
Pup on a Playground Swing
A smiling pup sits front-on on a flat swing seat, gripping both chains with its paws while its feet dangle below. The A-frame swing set has thick tube legs with round foot caps, and the pup has pointed ears and a round belly patch. Big smooth shapes make this one easy to color inside the lines.
Two Pups Playing with a Toy Train
A small pup and a taller pup sit side by side on the floor, both looking at a wooden toy train on a straight track. The engine has a chimney and four wheels and pulls two open wagons. The track’s small crossbars and the engine’s round wheels are fine work, while the pups’ large bodies are open areas.
Pup Painting a Flower on an Easel
A standing pup with big round eyes holds a fat crayon up to a wooden easel. The canvas shows a five-petal flower on a curved stem with two leaves. The easel has a clip at the top and a long tray across the bottom. The solid black eyes and nose are already filled in, and the flower’s large petals are easy to color.
Pup Riding a Bike with Training Wheels
A pup in a round helmet with a bow rides a small bike, seen from the side with both paws on the handlebar. The big front wheel has about a dozen spokes, and small training wheels sit beside the back wheel. A ground line runs along the bottom. The spokes are thin and fiddly, while the pup’s body and helmet are large, open areas.
Pup Pointing at an Oval on a Board
A standing pup with wide eyes and tall pointed ears points one paw at a large empty oval drawn on a framed board with three splayed legs. The tail has a patchy tip, and the oval and the pup’s belly patch are big, open areas. The paw, the ear linings and the tail patches are smaller spots.
Big and Cozy Days
Pups Behind a Blanket Pillow Fort
Two pups sit on small chairs facing each other, with their front paws resting on a big blanket draped over the middle. Two large round cushions sit in front of the fort. The blanket has loose fold lines, and the pups have wide eyes and tall pointed ears. The blanket and cushions are big open areas, so they suit broad crayon strokes.
Two Pups Stargazing on a Grassy Hill
Two pups sit side by side on a round hill and look up at a night sky with a big crescent moon and three five-pointed stars. Small grass tufts dot the slope, and both pups have big round eyes and tails with patchy tips. The moon and stars are simple, open shapes, so they are easy to color.
Pup Rolling a Bowling Ball at Three Pins
A pup with big round eyes and tall pointed ears kneels on a floor line and pushes a bowling ball with three finger holes toward three pins. Each pin has two stripes around its neck, and the pins overlap slightly at their bases. The wide ball and pins are easy to color, while the stripes need a steadier hand.
Pup Wiping a Rain Boot with a Cloth
A seated pup with tall pointed ears and a smile holds a tall rain boot upright and rubs it with a folded cloth. A small bucket with a curved handle stands on the left, and the pup’s tail curls out on the right. The boot’s sole has a tread pattern, and the pup’s side has one large oval patch.
Three Pups Planting a Seedling in a Garden Bed
Three pups gather around a raised garden bed: one on the left sets a leafy seedling into the soil, a small one holds a flower pot, and a tall one stands behind. Two daisies with five-petal blooms grow in the background, and the soil has scattered clumps and pebbles. The pups’ large shapes are easy to color, while the soil dots and the leaves on the seedling take a steadier hand.
Two Pups at the Beach Under a Parasol
Under a big scalloped-edge parasol, one pup sits in the sand while a second stands and holds a beach ball with curved panel lines and a knob on top. A small wave and a ridged seashell sit in the bottom corners. The parasol’s scalloped fringe is fine work, so it suits a steady hand.
Three Pups at a Birthday Cake Table
A tall pup stands behind a round table with a one-candle layer cake, flanked by a smaller pup waving on the left and a little one on the right who holds out a ribbon-tied gift. A single balloon floats at the right, and the cake has a wavy icing line. The big, open body shapes are quick to color, while the gift’s ribbon and stripes need a little more care.
Pup Reading a Book on a Floor Cushion
A wide-eyed pup sits on a big round floor cushion and holds an open picture book in both paws, with a small two-shelf bookcase standing at the right. The shelves hold about nine books, some leaning, so that corner is the finest work on the page. The pup, book and cushion are large, open shapes.
Pretend Bus Ride with Steering Wheel
A large pup sits on a chair and grips a steering wheel mounted on a round-based stand, while two smaller pups sit side by side on chairs and look on, smiling. The big pup has a bushy tail curling out at the right, and the large eyes and ears are open shapes that are easy to fill.
Bluey Facts for Kids
Who Is Bluey?
Bluey is a six-year-old Blue Heeler, a kind of Australian Cattle Dog. She has blue fur with darker patches, and her belly and muzzle are lighter. Her younger sister Bingo is four years old and a Red Heeler, which means her fur is reddish. Their dad is Bandit and their mom is Chilli. The family lives in Brisbane, Australia, and the sisters spend a lot of time playing outside.
How the Show Began
Bluey is an Australian cartoon for preschool children. It was created by Joe Brumm and produced by Ludo Studio in Brisbane. The first episode aired on October 1, 2018, on ABC Kids in Australia. BBC Studios co-commissioned the series and distributes it around the world, and in many countries you can watch it on Disney+ and Disney Junior. In 2019 the show won an International Emmy Kids Award.
Playing Is the Story
One episode lasts about seven minutes, and almost every one is about play. Bluey and Bingo invent games, and their parents join in, even when they would rather sit down. “Keepy Uppy” is a real episode from the first season, and the goal of the game is simple: keep the balloon in the air. Many of the pretend games on these pages come from that same spirit of making something up and letting it grow.
Before You Start Coloring
Paper
Plain printer paper works well for crayons and colored pencils. If your child likes markers, gel pens or watercolors, try a heavier paper or light cardstock so the color does not soak through. Thicker paper also holds up better if you want to hang the finished picture or cut it out.
Print Settings
The sheets are made for A4 paper. If you print on US Letter, choose “Fit to page” or “Scale to fit” in the print dialog so the edges stay inside the margins. Print in black and white, since the pictures are line art only. If your printer has a draft or economy mode, it is fine for coloring pages and saves ink.
Which Sheet for Which Age
For toddlers and young preschoolers, pick the very easy sheets with large shapes and thick lines, such as the balloon, the teddy or a single character. Children in preschool and kindergarten usually enjoy the middle range, with Bluey and Bingo in a simple scene like puddle jumping or an ice cream treat. Older children can take on the more detailed pages, where backgrounds, small objects and patterns leave room for shading and careful color choices.
After Coloring: Craft Ideas
Make a Bedtime Door Hanger
Color the sleeping Bluey sheet, glue it to a piece of cardboard and cut around the edge. Punch a hole at the top and thread a ribbon through it. It makes a sweet sign for a bedroom door.
Build a Balloon Scene
After coloring the Keepy Uppy page, tape a real balloon to a corner of the paper, or draw extra balloons around the edges. Your child can then play the game for real and try to keep a balloon in the air without letting it touch the floor.
Create a Family Storybook
Collect several finished pages, add a cover and staple them together. Children can dictate a sentence for each picture, and you can write it underneath. The result is a small storybook they made themselves.
Cut Out Stick Puppets
Color a Bluey or Bingo page, cut out the character and tape it to a craft stick or a straw. Then the pretend play can begin. Make a few puppets and let the whole family act out a game of their own.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these Bluey coloring pages really free?
Yes. All 49 sheets are free to download and print for personal use at home. Click the picture you like to open the PDF, then print it as often as you want. You do not need to sign up for anything.
What age are these coloring pages for?
They suit children from about age three and up. The very easy sheets work for toddlers who are just learning to hold a crayon, while the detailed pages suit school-age children who like to shade, add backgrounds and take their time. Let your child choose, since a favorite scene often matters more than the difficulty level.
Which colors are correct for Bluey and Bingo?
Bluey is a Blue Heeler, so use shades of blue with darker patches, and keep her belly and muzzle lighter. Bingo is a Red Heeler, so orange and red tones suit her best. Children recognize the sisters right away from these colors. That said, a purple Bluey or a rainbow balloon is perfectly fine, and nobody will mind.
Can I use the pages in a classroom?
Yes. Teachers, daycare staff and group leaders are welcome to print the sheets for their classes. They work well as a quiet activity, a reward after a lesson or a rainy day option. You can pair a page with a short talk about games the children like to play, since play is what the show is all about.
Why is part of my picture cut off when I print?
This usually happens when the printer is set to a different paper size than the sheet. The pages are A4, so on US Letter paper choose “Fit to page” or “Scale to fit” in the print dialog. Check the print preview before you print, and the whole picture should fit.
Does my child need to know the show to enjoy the pages?
No. The scenes are simple and cheerful, with a balloon, a puddle, an ice cream and a butterfly, so any child can enjoy coloring them. If your child does know the show, the pages are a nice way to remember a favorite episode and talk about the games Bluey and Bingo play.
